I would say anytime would be good. we just need a volunteer to put the
release out.
I am ok with branching before RC1, although it would be nice to branch right
at release candidate. I can see if I can get some time on Friday to put out
a release if that works for people. Or can just be around to lend a hand if
someone else takes it on.
