The change for GML encoding requiring each Geometry to have a getUserData()
instanceof String representing the srsName; was intended to be fine - and we
had some code that would stuff the srsName in if required; however it does not
appear to be working; at the moment I am hacking around the problem at the uDig
level; but I should figure out what execution path is causing the failure (I
expect geometry collections; where each geometry needs to have an srsName now?)
