Whew, finally some time to look into it.
Looks good, if I may suggest, I'd be more explicit about the wheterman
symbols and
maybe call them meteo://triangle, meteo://emicircle and so on.
The symbols are now generic, but what if we add, at some point,
programmatically
generated wind arrows to the set?
At that point it would start making more sense as a real "meteo" set.
