I'm using maven from within eclipse (with the maven plugin) to work
through some of the tutorials (trying to help review/finish the
datastore tut) and this repository appears to be down:
http://download.osgeo.org/webdav/geotools/
When I try to go there in a browser, it times out after a while with
"connection reset", but the maven/eclipse is just stuck (forever?). The
only way to kill it is forcibly.
Any suggestions are most welcome..
