Not for 2.7.0 I don't think.  Sorry, I haven't been following your
posts so I'm not sure exactly what you're doing, but maybe you could
temporarily switch over to using 2.7-SNAPSHOT or 8.0-SNAPSHOT from the
snapshot repo: http://repo.opengeo.org/

Meanwhile I just checked the osgeo link again and access if fine from
here. Perhaps Australia gets special priveleges :)
