Thanks for the doc update, Jody.
I think you are right about the between filter. The matchCase property
is actually available from a superclass, but it is not supported in the
constructor, interface, factory or evaluation method.

I went and checked the Filter 2.0 spec; they indicate that between
filter is "just" a short cut - that is shorter than a
PropertyIsGreaterThan and PropertyIsLessThan - since these support
match case you would expect between to as well. We implement both of
these for strings (since they are comparable and we can arrange for
the comparison to ignore case).
However in the Filter 2.0 spec they have not added matchCase to the
Between filter; I expect this is just an oversight on their part (we
already found one of those and added match case to Like filter).

Well what is the behaviour of PropertyIsBetween when it comes to
strings? I guess it is based on lexicographic ordering? Do we
support that now? I think it would be hard to implement that
algorithm if you had to consider all the permutations of all the
strings. Maybe not... would have to think on it.

Quick filter question for those with recent experience; all the
comparison stuff seems to support both matchCase and matchAction;
except for the Between filter? Is this a deliberate omission or just
something we screwed up?
Thanks for match action docs Niels; I have move things around a bit
in order to make room to document both temporal and spatial filters.
