An idea for you to consider...
The attached patch adds a new build flag "image.tests" to the top pom.xml.
Default value is true. The tests will still only be run if perceptualdiff is
found on the path.
Having the flag means that if there are problems with perceptualdiff tests on a
platform, the tests can be skipped without having to fiddle with the path etc.
