Working on rasters... hmmm... does not make sense to me, for the raster case
it should be replaced by another implementation entirely.
This one uses features and expressions and properties, while the same
concept
can be applied to rasters the set of objects to deal with would be
completely
different.
I looked into the SE spec for RasterSymbolizer, it uses the Categorize
function
and the Interpolate one, not the Recode one.
Even in the case of those two I would probably go and build an optimized JAI
operation out of the description of the functions and have it run
instead, while the function as is can still be used in vector land using
features and expressions (which would be useful to write compact and
efficient SLDs)
Cheers
Andrea

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
