MapViewport should default to a generic 2D CRS

MapViewport presently sets WGS84 as its default CRS. It would be better to set
it to DefaultEngineeringCRS.GENERIC_2D which is more consistent with the
setting of default identity transforms.
Note: the deprecated MapContext will still use WGS84 as its default.
