I don't think adding the module to the -Dall profile requires PMC 
approval, as it is already an approved unsupported module. As a 
maintainer of this module, feel free to add and remove it as you see fit.

Most of this mail is for the benefit of the list; I'll be pedantic for 
other readers, not that I need any excuse.  :-)

Generally, only obsolete, abandoned, or failing modules are excluded 
from -Dall. It is good include as many unsupported modules as developers 
will then notice when other changes break the module. Including an 
unsupported module is included in the procedure:

All that I expect is that, as a courtesy to other developers, you notify 
the list as you have done.
