Hi,

I am using the JMapPane to display a WMS(transparent) or WFS layer. Setting
a background color of the JMapPane, the color is only visible after first
rendering of the map.
After panning or zooming, the map is always displayed with white background
(transparency lost).
Changing the size of the JMapPane, the background color is visible again.

So I have changed drawLayers(false) to drawLayers(true) in methods
onImageMoved() and setDisplayArea() and now background color is always
visible.
But I think this is not the correct way to fix the problem.

Regards,
Tom
