A small clarifications on the windows binaries:
A wide set of windows libs is available from gisInternals:
http://www.gisinternals.com/sdk/
Simone is working on isolating what is needed by ImageIO-Ext to facilitate
the download and made that available as a simpler download from our
binaries repository.
