Hi folks,

Unless i am mistaken it is not currently possible to create a simple equals
filter that involves a date literal? Quite simply what I would like to do
is be able to parse a filter like:

  foo = 2006-12-31T01:30:00Z

I tried expressing this filter with the existing temporal predicates but
couldn't figure out a way to do it.

Is there any reason not to support date literals in the existing non
temporal predicates?

Anyways, I took a crack at a patch for this:

https://github.com/jdeolive/geotools/commit/70bfc8819fc8751382f9e75f4ecd293feec0c280

But fully admin i am not very familiar with the CQL module so my approach
might be way off.
