To assign an issue to you in Jira … we need you to "join" the project on

(This is the codehaus single sign on thing, which really means you have to set
up an ID in both xicles and in jira and then "join" geotools on this page
http://xircles.codehaus.org/projects/geotools/members )
But don't let that slow you down, attach a patch against GEOT-4222 (with test
case) or submit a pull request when you are ready.
