JScience
- Earlier versions are Apache 2.0, newer versions switched to BSD
- Drags in Javaolution dependency for embeded systems / concurrency (
http://javolution.org)
- no action on the developer email list so either they do their decision
making off-list, or project has stalled out (either way an indication of
risk). As an example I did not really find the email discussion leading to
use of BSD license.

UOMo
- EPL License - enough said

Between the two I would lean towards JScience, although it would be nice to
break out an implementation of just the units :(
