We should make sure to check whether the ColorInterpretation of a ColorModel is not UNKNOWN before assigning the colorInterpretation name to a band name.
Otherwise we may result in having several UNKNOWN Bands with no distinction.
We will use the Band + index approach used with NULL interpretation.
