We are trying to test wfs-ng interactively, but also generally with more
projects that depend on GeoTools WFS DataStore. The GeoScript project (
http://geoscript.org) makes use of WFS DataStore - so we can reach out to
that dev team for testing as well.

I will continue to look at this today and see if I can get you a copy of
uDig to test against.
