*SELECTIVITY: Value of true will inject SELECTIVITY 0.0001 hint to the optimizer to raise the priority of the spatial index. Default is false.* The alternative would be: *SPATIAL_INDEX_PRIORITY: Value of true will inject SELECTIVITY 0.0001 hint to the optimizer to raise the priority of the spatial index.
