Make sense to me! IMO we should not care to much about workflows in other
projects. And I agree, we should remove the states you mentioned.

Is it correct that the backup is outstanding? I'm still wondering why
Adminstrators cannot change a state independenly from the defined workflow.
However, looking forward to see the simple workflow life
