So, it looks like the online oracle tests are not being run, due to an
oracle error on set up ("ORA-28001: the password has expired").
I am working with the dbadmin to get oracle working again (hopefully in a
way that won't expire).
What concerns me is that this did not cause the test to fail, just to be
skipped without running (resulting in a PASS state). This has been an issue
before, but I thought it had been fixed...
The last related discussion on this issue seemed to be revolving around the
JNDI tests, but that seems to have been resolved (except for SQL Server).
Ben - did you re-enable skipOnFailure=false for the Oracle / PostGIS tests?
