We touched on budget planning (mostly focused on sprint planning in today's
meeting).
I had proposed on email, no response yet, the following:
- $0 java 9 compatibility, tracked as a risk in case we need to ask later
- $1500 travel assistance to help GeoTools developers attend RPE design
kickoff
- $4000 sprint budget - subject to code sprint guidelines, focused on
replace-jai (expecting to need to lean on OSGeo support)
- $0 AGM - think at least one community member will be there
We can of course request project budget, for things like t-shirts,website
improvements, a new logo, whatever...
I had written up the following (

it can be changed based on the feedback to this email thread.
