Hello All, While getting the GeoTools release working on Jenkins again, I spoke with the OSGeo SAC.
Currently, GeoTools uses WebDAV for uploading maven artifacts to the osgeo repository. GeoTools is the only think using WebDAV, and the OSGeo SAC would prefer if we could use SFTP like everyone else. If we were to make that change, that would invalidate the "How to add a 3rd party jar <https://docs.geotools.org/latest/developer/procedures/add.html>" section in the developer guide - does anyone actually use those steps? It would also require changing the deploy URL <https://github.com/geotools/geotools/blob/master/pom.xml#L2286> on all three active branches (and anything older we want to be able to deploy). Thoughts? Torben
