Think it is obvious you just want to add a new unsupported module; no
design docs are really needed to add a datastore.

With that in mind let me take your email as a request for commit access to
setup a new unsupported module.

break the build :) We set things up this way to encourage participation in
the project, glad you could join us.

I also need to double check you have read the code contribution license

and
sent a PDF to OSGeo (either individually or your employer may do so for all
their staff).
