Joonhwan;
Are you talking about the data that comes with an ArcGIS
install as a bunch of CDs? Usually that stuff comes as Shapefiles
which geotools can handle. There are also "Map Documents" with a .mxd extension
but those are really only configuration files for ArcWhatever, telling it
what data is where and how it should look. Hope that
