The Bursa-wolf parameters are required for "datum shift". When
available, they provides a more accurate transformation (sometime < 1
meter error, compared to up to 1 km error without Bursa-wolf
parameters).
EPSG-WKT do not provides any bursa-wolf parameters, so you will not get
this accuracy. If accuracy is important, you must use EPSG-HSQL,
EPSG-ACCESS or EPSG-PostgreSQL, at your choice (EPSG-HSQL is easier).
EPSG-WKT is deprecated and will be removed in a future Geotools version.
