I should have that if you want more control than what WKT provide, you
can also build a CRS programmatically: using DatumFactory, CSFactory and
CRSFactory, create a GeodeticDatum object, then a GeographicCRS object,
then a ProjectedCRS object (approximatively, we may have more steps than
that).
