Justin is the guy to talk to here (the module maintainer for the graph 
module). Mostly the graph module is used for things like finding routes, 
I think you can ask the graph module to keep the "feature id" associated 
with the edge - and then use the feature id to look up the address 
information...

But yeah more help is needed,
