Hi Fran,

Sounds like what you need to do is more geocoding then routing. There is
no support for geocoding in geotools at the moment.

I have heard rumors of people doing some geocoding stuff with postgis.
But multiple web searches just lead to differnt threads on the
postgis-users list.
