hi, I am planning to write an application using geotools that will let me to maintain my shp resources. It will be similar to arc catalog with small difference that will manage also my resources in PostGis and published layers on geoserver. I was browsing a little bit and i did not find anything like this online. I just do not want to make the mistake and to program something that is already available. If any of you have heard of this kind of open source application. Pleas let me know..
