Where can I get (buy, maybe) the paper describing Jenks algorithm
(Jenks, George F. 1967. "The Data Model Concept in Statistical Mapping",
International Yearbook of Cartography 7: 186-190).

The code should be around somewhere (I distinctly recall James
implementing it years ago) - if you can't find it I'd look at
http://docs.geotools.org/stable/javadocs/org/geotools/filter/function/ClassificationFunction.html
(and subclasses) as a starting point.
