A good tip here is that you can look up a class in the GeoTools
javadocs and discover which module it belongs to.  If you look at the
page for GeoTiffReader...

http://docs.geotools.org/stable/javadocs/org/geotools/gce/geotiff/GeoTiffReader.html

You will see that at the end of the header section it lists this...
Module:
modules/plugin/geotiff (gt-geotiff.jar)
