Hi,
Are you getting these messages when building GeoTools or when using
GeoServer? (In the last case, which GS version?)

Beside this preliminar question, do you need to access data through Kakadu
and/or GDAL?
In case you don't really need it, the message is only a warning reporting
that this isn't a real problem unless you need to access coverages through
the specified library. (Kakadu is requested to access JP2K coverages whilst
GDAL is requested to access MrSID, DTED, NITF, ... see [1] for more info).
In case instead you really need these drivers available, you should install
the requested native libraries on your system.
