I appreciate that it can be very frustrating when things don't work as
expected. Also GeoTools is a very large library with a steep learning
curve.  However, in order to get help from myself or anyone else here
you need to provide more detailed descriptions of the problems that
you are having and the approaches that you have tried. Saying you have
some difficulties is not enough to go on :)

You also need to study the relevant parts of the GeoTools user guide,
javadocs and example applications as thoroughly as possible. You can
also learn a lot by downloading the GeoTools code and looking at the
unit tests for those parts of the library relevant to your project.
This all takes quite a while, but the only short-cut to spending time
on it is to pay someone to help you. There are a number of  commercial
support avenues that you can investigate via the web site.
