I find an example how to make layer 2.5d-look there

But I have some questions:
1) Is there any way to extrude buildings not only in the upper direction?
(30, 45, etc. degrees)
2) Look at generated picture

  It has two problems:
  a) If I specify stroke we can see invisible edges and faces
  b) Right building cuts the left one and make "non-existing figure". How
can I force order of rendering? This is a common question not only for this
task
