Sorry Valerio - I neglected to ask what version you are using. All of
the recent and current work on gt-swing is happening on trunk. I
haven't had time to back-port any but a tiny amount of this work to
the stable branch (version 2.7) and don't expect this situation to
change, at least not for the rest of the year.

If at all possible I would suggest that you switch to version 8-M2 to
take advantage of the more reliable and flexible swing code there.

Of course, if there was a volunteer willing to work on back-porting
the gt-swing changes from trunk, he or she would be treated as a hero
:-)
