Hello.
I am evaluating a set of technologies for user graphic interface building
and for managing geographic information as well, and I was wondering if
there are future plans to integrate GeoTools in JavaFX technology, in the
same way that it is integrated with Swing nowadays.
Now, in JavaFX, we have to code the rendering of vectorial data (for
example from a shapefile), while this process is quite simple using
GeoTools API and a Swing component.
Is there any milestone in GeoTools main roadmap related to JavaFX?
