Hello Yang and Leoze, Very glad to hear there is a work-around but it would still be good to work out what the problem is.
FeatureLayerHelper is the class that does the work for InfoTool in this case. It queries the Layer's feature source using standard filter functions. It was intended to be agnostic about the type of data source - the only requirement being that it was wrapped in a FeatureLayer. Unfortunately I don't have PostGIS installed on my system at the moment so can't investigate this right now.
