We need to see more of your logs (i.e. the specific failure from JavaCC)
which should of occurred earlier (a little bit before maven failed).

Specifically JavaCC is a java compiler compiler responsible for generating
java source code from a grammar file that has been supplied. If JavaCC
failed it is probably on a specific line in the grammar file etc...
