Reading your logs is has a very odd message: First it generates:
D:\Tony\Travail\Galera3D_2\Galera3D_Source\GeoTools\ geotools-13.x\modules\library\cql\target\generated-sources\ jjtree-javacc\org\geotools\filter\text\generated\parsers\ECQLGrammar.jj And then it reports it cannot find: D:\Tony\Travail\Galera3D_2\Galera3D_Source\GeoTools\ geotools-13.x\modules\library\cql\target\generated-sources\ jjtree-javacc\org\geotools\filter\text\generated\parsers\ECQLGrammar.jj not found. Can you check what is going on in those directories as the build turns over?
