I am a bit late with this announcement, but GeoTools 23-RC is now available <http://geotoolsnews.blogspot.com/2020/03/geotools-23-rc-release-candidate.html> !
This is a release candidate, so not recommended for anyone - however it is the easiest and most direct way to give back to the GeoTools project. If you use GeoTools for your project: 1. Change your build to 23-RC 2. Build - this is an easy upgrade with API additions 3. Test - please report back also :) I will make careful mention of everyone who has helped test in the release announcements: - Jim Hughes (CCRi) has found a small problem with GeoJson closing an output stream when reading GeoJson - Graham Humphries (Tasmania) has verified the Oracle Datastore is working Add your name to the list, reply with what you have tested and how it went :) -- Jody Garnett
