advantage of campuses that are empty at that time - at almost no cost.
I like the idea of Thursday/Friday for several reasons. But if we
can't find a cheap venue that allows tents and has some green space
then I feel we need to appeal to a corporate campus for space as we
have done before. And I really do feel we need to be timed after Where
2.0 to capture post conference energy. We've looked at a variety of
places such as the Golden Gate Club ( which hosted Planetwork in 2000
) for example.
So my question is:
Do y'all have any good suggestions for cheap venues that meet
WhereCamp types of criteria for a Thursday/Friday schedule?
