I think you are dismissing the Memorial Day overlap too readily lads; forcing this the weekend following Where 2.0 really slams all g'wankers over 30 who live with their families (not including those still living with their parents). Simply put: this is a family weekend, and you will be forcing most folks to make an extremely unfortunate choice.
The decision appears to sacrifice the participation of a not-insignificant segment of the community, for the 'buzz' that follows Where 2.0.
