I am building a 'Water water' GPS application (Android version) for imminent 1st round of judging in latest NAVTEQ (EMEA) Global LBS Challenge contest. 'Water water' is a Middle-East and Africa cellphone application allowing the user to find the nearest location of fresh water to quench his/her thirst. I need a few proof of concept locations.
