I started looking around for a public API or db for this, and drew a blank.
Given a country, I want to look up the name for the category of administrative units below the country level. usa -> "state" canada -> "province" france -> "région" poland -> "voivodeship" or something along those lines. Thanks in advance for your suggestions. - Tim
