Joshua Schacter started the geowanking list in 2003 on his own domain [
[email protected]] - about the same time he started
experimenting with GeoURL. one of the first efforts to geocode web objects.
Abouyt two years ago, Joshua handed of admin to Brady Forrest, O'Reilly
media who set up the new domain geowanking.org.
