Have you tried the Storm Prediction Center’s SVRGIS page?
http://www.spc.noaa.gov/gis/svrgis/

I grabbed the 1950-2010 data set found there and put it Fusion Tables, but
haven’t done anything with it beyond that.

Subject: [Geowanking] Tornado damage overlays

Just wondering if anyone out there knows of any overlays showing the path of
destruction for historical
and recent tornadoes? I have done several searches to no avail. It would seem
to be a valuable tool
for search & rescue, especially if it showed the scatter patterns of the
historical Enhanced Fujita Scale
tornadoes. Ground swirl patterns (cycloidal marks) may also be analyzed.
