Hi Stefan, The Geonotes feature of Geoloqi comes close to this. It lets you leave a note for yourself (or someone else I think) when you cross a geofence. The notes show up as push notifications. Geoloqi also has an API that lets you trigger custom events, so showing a website or video should be possible.
