Our RayGun application does this. It was first developed for the Army to tell soldiers when they were nearing mine fields. Hi Stefan, The Geonotes feature of Geoloqi comes close to this. It lets you leave a note for yourself (or someone else I think) when you cross a geofence. The notes show up as push notifications.
