[Geowanking] ZIP code updates

Anybody out there have experience with postal code updates for the US? The Census’ ZCTAs are updated every few years; I don’t think ZIPs change all that much, but they aren’t static. Curious about web services/CDs and wondering how much of this content changes month to month.
