You can use the Geonames reverse geocoding service to get the nearest
address and then just use the road part of that address:

Thanks Andrew, that would be perfect if I were in the US, but my application is in the Dominican Republic which doesn't seem to be covered by Geonames.

So I guess I'm looking for Reverse Geocoder which I can install myself and access my own Roads database. Any suggestions?
